Job Description:
Our clients in the Middle East is need of a Qualified Spa Manager for their 5 Star Hotel Spa. This opportunity is not to be missed as this international hotel company houses an ultra luxurious Spa and offers a challenging career.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• To be involved in recruitment, placement, training, assessment and development of the staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals within the designated timeframe
• Ensure individual and team behavior and performance target objectives are met through regular training and performance coaching.
• Develop and maintain regular and effective communication with the team to ensure suggestions, questions and training needs are dealt with promptly and professionally.
• To prepare or assist with budget, targets and other financial reports.
• Generate income through well established strategic plans.
• To actively promote the spa services and establish a good client database
• Control resources and equipment to ensure that they are adequate for the team to perform their duties to the required standard.
• Lead the overall daily functions of the Spa [with the assistant] to meet sales and operational budgets.
• Research and implementation of business development including new treatments.
• Support all general Spa polices, procedures and values in a professional manner.
• To provide assistance in treatment for VIP guest as needed
