HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute's Consultants and Tutors
In an effort to adequately meet the needs of its Clientele, Prof. Dr. Crawford selects consultants and Tutors from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines. Because HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute is an evidence-based consultancy, its Chief Consultant ensures that all its consultants are research active - most having several articles in reputable peer reviewed journals and books, frequently presenting conference papers. Not only are its consultants of remarkable working experience, internationally, but they are also well qualified, several being University Professors.
With over one hundred consultants, it is impracticable to provide a complete profile, here. However, most Associate Consultants hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in their respective spheres, some being senior academic. Their expertise include: Human Resource Management; Medicine; Pharmacology; Judiciary; Legal Studies; Constitutional Law; Information Systems; Accounts; Internal Audit; Social Research; Applied Science Research; Natural Science Research; Real Estate Management, to name but a few.
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Qualifications include:
Doctor of Management Accounting;
Doctor of Marketing;
Doctor of Philosophy in Organisation and Management
Doctor of Accounting
Consultants without PhDs are nevertheless suitably qualified and experienced. For example, one Social Care consultant has two Masters and other qualifications:
M.A. in Social Work, from University of Canterbury in Kent; and
M. Sc. (with Merit) in Social Work Mental Health, from University of London, Institute of Psychiatry.
BSc in Social Science
Certificate of Qualification in Social Work (CQSW)
Diploma in Social Work Practice Teaching (DSWPT)
Award in Advanced Social Work Practice (AASWP)
Social Work Council Post Qualifying Diploma (PQ)
Case Confidentiality
HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute has, over the years, successfully delivered several contracts - general and specific consultancy, training and development programmes. However, because of its Confidentiality Clause, it has not named its Clients. Its philosophy has been, and still is, that Consultancy Activities must remain a private affair between a Consultancy and its Clients - presuming that this is the preference of the latter, particularly so because it is bound by the 'Secret Service Act' of one particular country where it has undertaken work. Now, because several consulting firms use previous contracts as a marketing vehicle, HRODC now gives Clients the option as to whether to retain this clause in the contract - most preferring to retain it.
