PROWORKS MULTI PURPOSE COOPERATIVE (PROWORKS) is pleased to submit to you our proposal to assist you in your manpower requirements. We sincerely believe that you will be fully satisfied that PROWORKS offers not only the best services in the manpower cooperative industry but good quality services as well.

        Being the Cooperative of your choice, PROWORKS is a cooperative with full dedication to its personalized, efficient and quality service, we surely believe that what we offer you is the best possible service in the manpower cooperative business and you will agree, once you start availing our service.


PROWORKS and the Customer shall agree in writing on the number of personnel PROWORKS shall assign to work for the Customer during a specified time period.

PROWORKS personnel assigned to work within the Customer’s premises shall abide by the Customer’s rules and regulations.

PROWORKS shall pay salaries, SSS, Philhealth, 13th month pay, Pag-Ibig contributions and other allowances as required by the Department of Labor and employment.

For male employees, paternity leave shall be for the account of the Customer


        It is PROWORKS ability to keep confidentiality in work. We shall guarantee the confidentiality of the Customer’s transactions as well as the information written in the documents where PROWORKS personnel are involved.


        Working schedule shall be from Mondays to Saturdays 8:30 to 5:30 , “on call” or in shifting schedule. This schedule shall be changed as may be agreed upon by both parties.

        The Customer shall pay PROWORKS the following rates for work rendered by PROWORKS personnel during regular work-days:


        The Customer shall pay for overtime work at the following rates:

Regular Overtime         125%         125% +10%
Saturday, Sunday or Restday         130%        169%
Special Holiday                
* Non-restday         130%         169%
* Rest-day         150%         195%
Legal Holiday                
* Non-restday         200%         260%
* Rest-day         260%         338%

a.        Any government-decreed increase in the minimum wage and employment benefits occurring during the effectivity of this agreement shall automatically result in a proportionate increase from the minimum wage then existing at the start of the effectivity of this proposal.

        b.        1.        The term day-shift as used above shall refer to any 8-hour period or shorter period, commencing on or later than 7 AM and ending on or before 10 PM of the same day excluding lunch/coffee break.

2.        The term night-shift as used above shall refer to any hour or shorter period, commencing the afternoon of the day and ending in the morning of the next day.
3.        The term regular work-day as used above shall refer to any day between and including Monday and Saturday.


        PROWORKS’ shall be made immediately right after the salary has been given to the assigned personnel.


a.        VERY PERSONALIZED SERVICE- We can schedule a specific time of interviews and orientation and assign one of our member employee to discuss and assist you with other concerns.

b.        PROWORKS Shall assign a coordinator that will visit to check concerns of assigned members to your company. They will also pick up DTR/Timecards and will deliver ATM cards, cash payroll if ever ATMs are not yet processed in time of payroll date. Coordinator assigned will also be the one to conduct GA’s (General Assembly) if so required by the client’s.

c.        AFTER SALES SERVICE – We Have Business Developments Officers (BOD) assigned to each of our client, they are the ones who will make a regular visit to the Company to discuss with clients if ever they have concerns, BOD will also check on the assigned members. If they are performing well in their assigned workplace.

d.        PROWORKS MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE (Proworks) is duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). The terms and conditions contained in this proposal shall take effect upon Customer’s acceptance and shall remain in force unless prior written notice of its termination is submitted by either party to the other.
