Part 1 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
What you should write down at this first part of your resume include
your fullname, mailing address, telephone number, email address
exactly like what you read on this sample. Some employers may
require merital status, number of children, sex, aged, those
specific requirement depends on various cultures and employment
policy. For example:

Part 2 - CAREER OBJECTIVE (Resume Objective)
A brief and clear career objective certainly presents the idea of your
future career prospect. Probably, you could write down what you want to be in 5 years
time, or at least tell the hiring manager what you expect from him
in terms of preferable working area, work environment, scope of
desired organization. This would help the resume screening process
become easier. Here is an example of resume objective:
"Like to obtain the position as a Key Account Manager where my
skills and my knowledge can be utilized and developed. I will do my
best to become a professional Key Account Manager whose skills will
be most beneficial in meeting the need of the organization"
Part 3 - EDUCATION BACKGROUND
Tell the employer about your academic background. On this sample,
you could see details such as University name, year period, degree.

Part 4 - PROFESSIONAL SHORT TERM TRAINING COURSE
Enhance your resume effectiveness by writing down all professional
credentials, certificates you achieved, courses attended, timing.
These courses are normally 2 or 3 days professional training
courses. Many job applicants fail to include this part in to their
resume when they apply for a job. For example:
Completed the Customer Service and Sales Management course organised
by Swinburn University of Technology in 2000
Completed the training course on Management skills conducted by
Price Waterhouse Cooper in 2001.
Completed the presentation skill training course conducted by the
British Council in 2002.
Part 5 - WORK EXPERIENCE
This is a sample of an executive resume, writing in
chronological order which cover the followings: Period timing (year, month), company name,
company industry, a brief description of previous company
activities, products or service, job title (sales manager, marketing
manager, secretary, administration manager). Reporting line (direct
supervisor, number of subordinates), your key responsibilities.
Professional resumes impress hiring manager with previous work
achievements, show facts and figures, start each bullet point with an "action word". Don't miss to briefly state
the reason you left the previous company. For example:

Part 6 - RESUME REFERENCE
What others would say about your performance. Professional
recruiters may need some crosscheck with your previous employers,
friends or co-workers. Write name of the person who could give
reference and comments about you, contact phone number of that
person on the last part of your professional resume. An experience
executive provides names of at least 3 person. For example:
