Working with national and multi-national organizations, we help our clients develop effective business strategies and enhance relationships with their customers.
We currently have an opening in our Toronto office for a full time MS PowerPoint Specialist to provide high volume document production services and administrative support in our Word Processing department.
We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented individual with demonstrated proficiency using MS Office, including the advanced features to create presentations, charts, tables, templates and forms, with a keyboarding speed of 70+ wpm. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple projects and changing demands, and experience in a similar role providing support to multiple internal clients. Experience with HTML and web design is an asset.
