| Heads the administration division which comprises ADMIN, HRD and Security and Safety Department. Oversees and coordinated office administrative procedures; reviews, evaluates and implements new procedures. Established work priorities, delegated work to office staff and ensured deadlines are met and procedures are followed. Carried out administrative activities in support of other department functions. Aids the respective dep’t. executive by analyzing and coordinating various office services such as administrative, human resources, budget preparation and control, effective housekeeping, fleet management, communication services, security and safety.

Qualifications:
M/F, 30 yrs. & above
Graduate of any four year psychology or business course
With Post graduate or Masteral studies an advantage
Minimum 3 - 5 yrs experience in similar position with thrust in :
a. Overall handling of Administration Office
b. Safety & Security
c. Property Management
d. Building Maintenance
e. Maintenance & repairs of Company properties
f. Fleet Management
g. Human Resources
Must be computer literate
Possess exemplary decision making, leadership & managing skills
Have analytical mind, w/excellent oral and written communication skills
Articulate and can relate with all levels of the organization
Willing to work on extended hours.
