| Responsibilities:
reviews plan specification and initiates research and development at project level to identify cost reduction opportunities, quality improvements and construction procedure enhancement; monitors and controls construction cost against budget to avoid cost overruns; coordinates with Technical Planning Deparment, Consultants, and Utility company on design issue; conducts audit prior to acceptance of projects; research and development i.e. new products and technology; ensures plan compliance to codal requirements and business models; coordinates with contructors and LGU's as regard project requirements; manages and maintains Avida projects historical record on progress of work; evaluates performance of contructors
Qualifications:
graduate of BS Civil Engineering course; experience in total quality management, manufacturing operations and CAD; work experience with an ISO certified company is a plus factor |
