| Responsibilities:
develops project concepts and conduct feasibility studies to assess project concepts; conduct financial and market analysis to identify target market, prepares price lists and ensures profitability targets are met; identifies market strategies in order to push product line; coordinates with various departments in preparation of plans and timely submission of pertinent documents; monitor budget for the project; obtain relevant permits, licenses and clearances for the project; lead construction timeliness for the project
Requirements:
graduate of Business Management, Economics, or any related course; experience in basic accounting or finance; preferably with product mgt or research background; experience in real estate an advantage; keen with details, result oriented, self starter and analytical |
