• Maintain optimum level & quality of production, safe and reliable operations to meet customers’ requirements • Analyze production process to evaluate & improve plant efficiency including supporting plant maintenance shutdowns to ensure plant optimization • Lead in the day to day activities as per contract requirements through reviewing cylinder management program effectiveness and HSE compliances to provide supply of products and specialist services • Perform self audit of plant operation and process in accordance corporate and regulatory standards to ensure compliance at all times • Implement quality and safety management systems through drafting of operational procedures, tracking & continuously improve performance to ensure reliability of plant supply. • Train production staff in plant operations according Industrial management system (IMS) and People Developer (PD) standards to maintain safety & optimal plant performance • Act as the IMS manager role in implementing relevant IMS procedures including qualification of team leaders and senior operators using company SOPs and IMS training and qualification to achieve reliability of human performance. • Carry out continuous improvements of plant processes through innovative efforts and planning to achieve efficiency targets, quality products or services to customers

Skills:

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering • Production planning & coordination • Trouble shooting on plant quipment • Familiar with oil and gas sector / onshore & offshore environment • Effective leadership and teambuilding capability • Good communication skills • Customer service - Able to response to operation needs on 24 hour basis
