Our client – one of the largest and reputed Engineering Contracting and Construction Groups having several EPC projects under execution in Central Asia and the Gulf, is urgently requiring competent professionals as under for one of their ongoing Oil field project in Saudi Arabia.
Contract Manager (1 No.) (Immediate Recruitment) Location: Saudi Arabia
Age: 35- 40 yrs
Qualification: BE (Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical)
Experience:
Minimum 10 yrs of proven experience in Contract Administration and Management for major Oil & Gas projects, of which minimum 3 years shall be in similar capacity.
Must have thorough knowledge of FIDIC Contracts, International Contract Management and handling of Supplier and Sub-contractors' contracts/ documentation in hardware and software.
Responsibilities shall include:
* Total responsibility of contracts management.
* Correspondence with the clients and sub-contractors/suppliers
* Planning and Monitoring subcontracting packages, progress payments, cost-control, periodical activity reports. Preparation of claims and variation notice.
Desired profile:
• Capacity to work with Multinational task force.
• Good communication skill in English.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with experience in Middle East will be preferred.
Terms and Conditions:
· Salary would be around 4500- 5000 USD.
· Single status accommodation along with free meals and transport.
· Leave of 10 days after every 4 months, with free economy class air tickets to home and project.
· Contract Tenure is for a year;likely to be extended.
