| Understanding of the Data warehouse and preferably supported some reporting environments
Position Description:
1. Analyze Support Requests (SR) and take appropriate actions.
2. Escalate & coordinate with Client for issues that are within their scope (e.g. Server hardware, application source code related)
3. Raise Change Request (CR) to the Client when changes in BORA are required
4. With in-house training provided by client, create BO or Cube reports, respond to users for ad-hoc technical queries on BORA & iSMS and identify root cause of problems and fix it.
