| Reporting to the Development Director, you will provide key assistance to management and core operations in all the stages of the project from concept to completion by ensuring that project works are completed timely and effectively through first-rate and cost-efficient means. You will manage, supervise, coordinate, and successfully complete the project thru the establishment and implementation of project plans, management of project budgets and resources, enforcement of project standards, revenue and profitability forecasts, and the management of all quality assurance aspects and change control processes.

| Skills: |
- BSc Civil Engineering graduate, preferably with Masters degree
- Excellent contracting and consultancy experience required
- At least 8-10 years Middle East experience in the construction of high rise buildings
- Strong in pre-construction activities, tender management, closing out of design phases and managing consultants.
- Western educated, native English speaker, with knowledge in Primavera
