| Purpose:
Leads one or more projects in delivering technical support and consulting services in network systems to ensure effective network management.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
•Communicates, influences, persuades and leads by example, the core values of the company
•Establishes, maintains and enforces technical standards within a multi platform environment
•Provides advice and consultancy to network management
•Evaluates, recommends and plans for acquisition/upgrade/ migration of all utility software and hardware to ensure high availability and optimal use of network
•Manages the full aspect of acquisition/upgrade/ migration projects independently, including resource planning, timeline, checkpoints and cost to ensure timely and quality delivery of services to customers (internal and/or external)
•Recommends project approach and technology/tools to be used
•Provides technical leadership to team members and guides staff on project management and network administration skills
•Evaluates and forecasts network capacity against projected growth
•Understands the interdependencies of the services (application, system, network and database) and is able to pin-point problem area accurately to improve overall efficiency
•Consistently share information on best practices and technology trends and gives recommendation on best practices for business operations
•Any other duties as and when assigned.

| Skills: |
•5 years of experience as a Systems/Network Engineer or 8 years experience in IT industry
•Good communication skills in Arabic & English |
