| Purpose:
Responsible for management of data centre operations and network communication systems to deliver quality services.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
•Communicates, influences, persuades and leads by example, the core values of the company
•Identifies and sets priority for the unit that is congruent with corporate goals
•Leads and manages direct reports towards achievement of common goals
•Develops strategic and tactical plans to achieve both long term and short term business goals
•Responsible for user management, vendor management as well as delivery of projects within cost, schedule and quality
•Establishes, maintains and enforces technical standards within a complex operational environment
•Assumes full responsibility for viability and quality of data centre operations
•Directs the conduct of audit and performance review and makes recommendations for changes, as necessary
•Provides advice and consultancy on data centre operations to customers (internal and/or external)
•Consistently share information on best practices and technology trends and gives recommendation on best practices for business operations
•Leads cross-functional project teams to provide pre-sales and post-sales support
•Ensures the implementation of operation change control & security and recommend strategic changes to enhance efficiency
•Responsible for the management of Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP)
•Any other duties as and when assigned.

| Skills: |
•8-10 years relevant operational experience in data centre, including 2-4 years of management.
•Good communication skills in Arabic & English |
