| Job Description: |
| - Independently plan and perform LEAN / TPS mgf system
- Develop and execute the standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Communicate and Motivate the local mgt to launch LEAN / TPS
- Work closely with the HK seconded Fty Mgr and local mgt to fulfill clients' orders and ensure 6Rs - Delivery the Right product, in the Right Quality, at the Right cost to the Right Place in the Right Amounts and at the Right Moment
- Assist Site Deputy Managing Director to identify the risks associated with suppliers, climate, disease and economy
- Provide support in business projects, help facilitate the risk assessment process
- Station in Vietnam |
| Skills: |
- Immediate available is an advantage
- Degree in PIE, Production, Manufacturing Engg, Automation or similar background
- Minimum of 10 years non garment manufacturing experience, preferred in large (>1000) electrical appliances or other intensive manufacturing companies
- Substantial experience (including failure experience) in Lean Mfg / TPS
- Energetic, self-motivated and good communication skills with all levels
- Knowledge of Vietnam labour and related regulations is preferable
- Fluent English and Chinese |
