| * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Male / Female 25 - 35 years of age
* Required skill(s): 3 years related exp from a BPO / Call Center industries, computer literate, very good communication skills, very pleasing personality
* Experience should be earned from an IT/Telecoms infrastructure and/or in the BPO / Call Center industry
* A Plus: exp in endorsing AVAYA products’ Installation and Project Management; Network Design, Project Timelines, Planning, Presentation and Consultation;
* Familiarity with the following areas:
* AVAYA Products
* Lucent Technologies
* CISCO Routers, Switches and Hubs
* Definity ECS Administration
* Nortel
* Sensormatic
* Verint
* Microsoft Products
* Excellent negotiation and professional selling skills.
* Excellent customer and interpersonal relationship skills.
* Excellent PC literacy.
* Excellent presentation and platform skills; very good in oral and written English language.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
