| Our client, Diskeeper Corporation, is a world leader in providing computer software to Fortune 500 companies, governments and academic institutions with millions of clients all over the world. It has a well-established presence in the USA, Europe and is now developing and expanding the Asian markets.
The purpose of its office in Hong Kong is to establish and develop its business activities in the PRC, Hong Kong and Taiwan through local partners and under the direction of its international office in Los Angeles, California. We are now looking for a senior technical support manager for its Hong Kong office.
Senior Technical Support Manager (PHK181)
The senior technical support manager will be responsible for understanding how its products function, for helping its partners support its products, and for helping major corporate customers resolve any perceived difficulties related to the products.
The senior technical support manager must be fluent in English and Mandarin. He or she is able to travel frequently to the PRC, Taiwan and the USA. He or she must have good executive and communication skills, manners considered acceptable in both Chinese and American environments and a professional appearance. He or she should be positive to look for solutions rather than problems and is willing to take any challenge. He or she will be required to train in the USA for several months. He or she must be service-oriented and is willing to go out of his or her way to ensure positive results for the company and its customers.
