| Charleston Marriott Town Center located at 200 Lee St. East Charleston, WV has an immediate opening for an experienced Guest Service Aide. This position opens doors and greets guests as they enter and leave the hotel. Takes luggage to and from guest rooms as the guest has specified. Answer questions about the hotel and local area. Serves as official greeter of guests/visitors; serves as official escort of guests/visitors throughout areas of the property and luggage handling in a courteous and efficient manner. Excellent communication skills in English, second language a plus. Excellent guest relations skills. Heavy lifting required. An eye for detail and the surrounding areas. Ability to establish a sense of security to the guests/visitors. Excellent team leader and work well under time pressures.
