| Crystal Gateway Marriott located at 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway Arlington, VA has an immediate opening for a talented Captain. This position is responsible for training, development and performance of all banquet servers and bartenders. Coordinate all aspects of the room and facilities setup and food and beverage service. Previous banquet and supervisor experience required. Must posses excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends to service groups needs when necessary. Some heavy lifting.
