| Responsible for managing sales operations in the assigned area. The function includes: developing strategies and programs for marketing development, building and sustaining client network, coaching, training and mentoring of sales team, customer relations, proposal preparations, contract negotiations and implementing sales programs and strategies to achieve sales targets.
•Any four year course, preferably BS degree in Engineering or X-ray Technology or Radiology Technology, BS Marketing or any Business related course.
•Male, with extensive experience in managing the sales process and sales force, preferably with experience in sales and marketing of medical equipment.
•Excellent Human relations and people handling skills and able to build relationships with people of diverse background and different positions.
•Must have excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills.
•Willing to travel and can work with least supervision.
•Preferably residing in Davao for Mindanao and Cebu for Visayas. |
