| John and sons has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people to help us grow! We have an immediate need for a MECHANICAL ENGINEER!
Minimum 15 years broad based mechanical/piping/HVAC discipline engineering experience; skilled w/project technical definitions & design delivery.
Provides overall leadership; HSE, mechanical/piping/HVAC design efforts; develops design practices/philosophies
Enforces BP HSE policies, procedures and objectives to ensure that designs are safer, risk are reduced to ALARP and requirements are satisfied
Demonstrates a clear understanding of the business context then acts accordingly
Good communication skills; competency in relationship management; experience working w/multi-discipline teams, particularly w/cross functional teams
Partnership and Teamworking; builds networks to enhance effectiveness and shares knowledge; anticipates future situations and plans ahead |
