| Conducts English classes online;
Performs conventional and unconventional methods of teaching depending on the capability of each student;
Makes daily class record everyday after class;
Conducts the level assessment test;
Makes a report of the level assessment test result;
Reminds the student if their contract. is about to end and encourage
them to re-enroll;
Plans, prepares and delivers effective lessons to meet students
cognitive and affective needs;
Prepares students profile;
Prepares instructional materials such as conversations, books, articles,
funny stories, poems, and the like as required;
Replies promptly to student messages posted on the website (1:1BBS and Diary);
Helps students develop their critical thinking and Higher Order Thinking Skills through the art of questioning;
Selects, adapts and prepares materials for classes;
Substitutes for absent co- teachers as required;
Participates in staff training and development;
Performs tasks assigned by immediate superior
