| Reporting to the Building Works Manager, the key objective of the role is to provide assistance to management in planning & developing project design, administering the master plan, and performing other key architectural duties including risk assessment and in-depth review of design/drawings, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with specifications. He/ she will lead project teams, technical staff, consultants and contractors for all design-related issues. The incumbent will also be required to prepare progress reports to management that will include critical project issues and their corresponding solutions.

| Skills: |
The ideal candidate must have an outstanding career history with minimum 8 years of related experience. He/ she must be a strategic thinker, process oriented and result focused, with in depth knowledge of technology. Masters in architecture or a licensed AIA is preferred, with working knowledge of principles and practices of architectural design including general IT applications, CAD and design technology. Project design experience in construction of high rise buildings, resorts and state-of-the art project management would be a plus. He/ she should also have previous experience in procurement policies and procedures with knowledge in local statutes, ordinances and regulations, as well as international standards and codes. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with teams and external entities such as consultants and government departments.
