| Essential Functions
Coordinating and producing all marketing-related creative materials, as well as providing inspirational leadership that creates the best possible atmosphere to produce great creative work;
Provide creative direction, evaluate the scope of projects, prioritise work, and manage resources to meet timeline and budget targets for marketing, advertising and design projects;
Manage branding and advertising to ensure they coincide with other collaterals;
Manage and motivate team members, ensuring the talents of each members are being optimised.
