Job description:
LDM is the leading litigation support bureau in Europe with offices in London, Manchester, Brussels, the US and Australia. Our client portfolio includes some of the top global law firms and corporations in the world. Based at the company’s facility in London we urgently require a bright and enthusiastic individual to join Human Resource and Admin team on an ongoing basis. Duties and Responsibilities: Human Resources Assistance • Assistance with recruitment • Being the point of call for day to day employee and management queries, for example payroll and advice on policies & procedures • Key responsibility for the organisation and delivery of basic internal training • Reporting on HR measures using Excel • Associated HR admin Personal Assistance • Business and personal administration for the MD and Operations Manager • Secretarial support at management meetings, • Meeting and greeting guests, • Organising conferences and meetings, • Report preparation and analysis of departmental figures and the quarterly staff newsletter. • Managing the Directors diaries and deal with all their emails on a daily basis • Preparation of high standard correspondence, letters, reports, etc. • Deal with enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. • General administration Essential experience must include: • Previous Corporate PA experience desirable • Ability to multi task and prioritise effectively • Advanced knowledge of all MS Office applications • Bright, articulate and confident team player • Excellent communication and organisational skills All applicants must be well presented, punctual and be able to perform efficiently and effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate must be hard working with a willingness to learn.
