One of my clients in a spa & beauty industry in Kuwait is looking for hiring SPA - Operations Manager who are capable on creating of legendary customer experience, expectations and a pleasant team environment to interpret the requirements of clients and to produce both a creative and technically accurate for their newly to open Spa Complex.

Requirements
To be eligible you need to have hands-on experience in, Spa, Nail and Makeup & Hair technique/ Hospitality environment:
Managerial positions:
• Holding min Bachelor Degree from a recognized institute in hospitality or other related sector with at least 7 years of work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experiences within retail or hospitality environment.
• Experience in a leadership role managing staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exhibits high energy level.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Proactive and creative problem solving ability.
• Flexibility to work weekends and official holidays.
• Strong working knowledge Word and Excel.
• High standard of Communication verbal/written in English and Arabic (Arabic r is not a must but plus)
