Performs assigned tasks to deliver project objectives within the agreed budget and schedule. Maintains awareness of the Client/JBEC key business drivers for the assigned work. Develops cost effective designs and solutions that add value to both WGE and Client activities, ensuring at all times that they are both fit-for-purpose and safe. Develops process deliverables and maintains high standards of quality of the design deliverables. Reviews and checks process documents produced by assigned engineers and other process team members as required. Complies with relevant company engineering procedures, applicable Client standards and industry/international Codes and Standards. Where necessary, identifies and raises deviations to standards and obtains the necessary approvals from Client Technical Authorities. Provides input to project plans and schedules and reports progress as per company systems and procedures. Where necessary identifies areas of concern in meeting schedule or budget activities

Skills:

Experience in developing P&IDs from concept through to detailed design. Experienced in process equipment and systems design methods including vessels, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, control valves, relief & flare systems, piping, control & emergency systems. Experience in process simulation using HYSYS or other similar software. Familiar with typical process design software such as Pipesim, Flaresim, Flarenet etc. Computer fluency with Micrsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Experienced in HAZOP technique. Awareness of SIL/HAZID etc. Experienced in managing conceptual and feasibility studies including use of technical-economic analysis to select optimum process schemes. CANDIDATE SHOULD KNOW RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AT LEAST BASICS
