* Assist Managing Director to oversee the strategic business planning and implementing in Japan.
* Manage corporate accounts including customer servicing, reviewing of business performance and developing value-added solutions and action plans on a regular basis.
* Deliver professional talks or presentations and provide People management consultation to clients.
* Communicate with headquarter to handle administrative and financial matters.
* Operate the branch office and regular report to Managing Director and headquarter.

*3 + years solid experience in business development and operation
*Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, project management and presentation skills
*Strong strategic thinking, creative and positive personality, energetic, initiative
*Must be multi-tasking under minimal supervision and team player dedicated to hard work.
*Masters degree in Business Administrative, Marketing, Counseling, Psychology, or related disciplines.
*Fluent in Japanese and English
