Headquartered in the United States, BARE has international offices in Europe, South America and Asia (China and India).
We are dedicated to providing organizations with key information regarding customer and employee satisfaction, perception and loyalty.
Currently, we are running several projects for different world-wide-known brands in cities all around Korea, such as Seoul, Busan, Daegu and Incheon. We are looking for someone who can take the part-time job of Customer Service Evaluator (namely Mystery Shopper) for us.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Evaluator, you may be assigned to visit a shop, and you just need to act as a normal potential customer looking for a particular service or product. After your visit, you will then spend around 15-30 minutes to finish an on-line questionnaire to share with us your customer experience.
Target Cities:
1. Seoul, Busan, Daegu and Incheon
2. Other cities in Korea
Job Requirements:
1. 20 year-old or above
2. Speak Korean well; can read and write in English
3. Students are welcome
Payment:
About15 Euro (The specific payment depends on different projects)
