We are constantly looking for interested Customer Service Evaluators to participate in our programs, across Asia Pacific region. FAQ: Q 1: As a mystery shopper, what do I do? A: As a mystery shopper, you will be assigned to perform a visit to a specific shop and pretend as a potential customer and spend about 15 to 20 minutes to evaluate either the product, customer service or the whole store condition. After the visit, you will then spend some time to fnish an online questionnaire. Q 2: How much will I be paid for each mystery visit? A: The shop fee (remuneration) depends on the length of the visit/on-line questionnaire. We believe for the upcoming projects, it would be within the range of 21-30 USD depending on which project you will be allocated to. Q 3: When will the project start? And must I do it on weekday? A: We are running projects very frequently, and some are even for monthly. So you can join us whenever you see this ad.
