| We are a high growth company that specializes in manufacturing/importing and distribution of Fashion Products, Fashion Jewelry, and Women Accessories. We are at a pivotal point in the growth of the company and looking for an ambitious executive to assist in managing the operations of the company.
Daily operations include, but not limited to the following:
1. Operations Management of WOFE (New Company in China). That includes company structure setup, recruiting, training, and communications with Corporate Headquarter management. Responsible for all aspects of running the Company.
2. Responsible for establishing trading relationships with companies in China.
3. Responsible for factory setup and daily operations of Fashion Jewelry Manufacturing.
4. Responsible for Cost Structure of the Company.
5. Supply Chain Operation’s Management and Product development, includes new product’s design and development.
6. Other tasks and duties as assigned by the President.

| Skills: |
Job Qualifications:
1. College degree or course work in a related field.
2. Minimum Three Years of management experience, including Fashion Jewelry Manufacturing Operations. Total professional work experience must be not less than 10 years.
3. Supervisory experience and ability to manage multiple projects and resources.
4. Strong Organizational Skills and attention to detail.
5. Experience with Excel and any of the following software programs Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Access.
6. Bilingual English and Mandarin; must be proficient in both speaking and writing both languages.
7. Abel to travel all over East Asia and United States of America.
We are offering:
• Annual Salary range USD $37,500 to $50,000 (Bonus Plan included), depending on experience and education.
