| Calvin klein fashion company is seeking an experienced Computer operator to join their operations team. The team is responsible for ensuring the continuous service of their global computer systems, client services and help desk. The team produces daily reports, statistics and co-ordinates with various support teams globally.
Main Responsibilities
Operate computer systems
Backup operations – job and tape maintenance
Maintain systems automation and SLAs – alert handling
Maintain machine room standards in terms of tidiness and documentation.
Provide quality out of hours help desk services
Analyse problems and convey information in a clear precise manner to senior staff.

Essential skills
Minimum of 2 years IT Operations experience
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to multi task
