Our client is the world leader in industrial minerals operating international mines and pits and different minerals or mineral groups. Due to expansion in Indonesia, our client has created a new position within their ceramics department.
Reporting to the South East Asia Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Playing a strong role in external strategy in Indonesia in conjunction with your hierarchical and functional Manager.
- Developing deep understanding of the raw material industry supplying the Indonesia ceramics market.
- Defining and evaluating targets for acquisitions or possibly JVs.
This role requires:
- MBA, operations/ technical and marketing education
- 5 to 10 years experience in a Management role and consulting experience with international exposure
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian and a proven record of adaptability to different cultures
- Experience in extractive industries with high government regulation and understanding of its legal framework is a plus
