| * Highly responsible in people management, planning, organizing, directing and controlling of all activities in the Finishing/Production Department
* In charge of pre-production planning, production control, quality and productivity
* Will handle matters relative to decision making, attention to various production work details and in providing resolutions to different problems that might arise |
| Skills: |
* Male or female; not more than 45 years old
* Bachelor’s degree holder; Engineering course an advantage
* With extensive experience in people management, planning, organizing, directing and controlling all activities in the Finishing/Production Department in a large garments manufacturing industry
* Proficient in pre-production planning, production control, quality and productivity
* Adept in decision making, attentive to details, has initiative and a problem solver
* Proficient in the English language both oral and written
* Interested applicants with vast experience gained from a large garments company will be preferred
* Proficient in the English language both oral and written
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status. |
