Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess:
• Excellent communication skills!
• A drive to learn what is necessary to gain a clear understanding of the mortgage process from origination through funding
• A professional dress code (business casual)
• Sales skills experience a huge plus!
• Mortgage broker license is a plus but not necessary since we are a correspondent lender!
Duties will include:
• Generate loan applications from referrals, telemarketing and personal marketing campaigns
• Must complete clients Loan Application
• List the customer’s benefits from the loan, explain benefits and handle customer questions
• Meet with customers, review and gather all necessary documents required to submit the loan
• Prepare file for processor
