-Male/Female, at least 28-35 years old.
-Graduate of any four years course from a reputable school.
-Minimum of 2 years in sales management level, preferably in the real estate industry.
-Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
-Can execute programs, plans and strategies to increase sales and provide continuing activity for the sales team.
-Must be goal oriented, ambitious and driven to achieve beyond performance while exhibiting strong leadership potentials for bigger responsibilities.
