We are currently looking for Java Developer and Senior Programmer for Bahrain.
You had responded to one of advts for the position. Please find below the detailed skill sets of the Java Developer and Senior Programmer. For Java Developer
Mandatory Technical Skills Core Java
JSP
Servlets
Java Webservices
Any J2EE application server (JRun / JBoss / WebLogic)
Exposure to an industry-standard database (Oracle or Sybase) preferably on a Unix platform
JMS / Tibco RV messaging middlewares preferably on Linux platform
OR
EJB using Struts framework
Communication Skills Good written and spoken English with the ability to interact clearly and effectively with teammates
Minimum Exp 3 Years
Added Advantage Hands-on experience on C++
Any experience or knowledge of Treasury products including Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange Markets and Money Markets
For Senior Programmer - Apart from the above (excluding Minimum Exp), following is also Mandatory:
Mandatory Leadership Skills Ability to lead a small team of programmers
Minimum Exp 5 Years
NOTE:
Candidates for all positions would be further rated in terms of complexity of projects handled, extent of domain(s) worked on, extent of exposure to global organizations and their requirements, as well as duration of relevant experience in such projects.
The Remuneration for Java Developer (Min 3 Years of Experience Mandatory):
• Monthly Take home salary of BD. 750/- (Bahraini Dinars Seven Hundred and Fifty only). As per today’s currency rate One Bahraini Dinar is US$ 2.66/-
• Annual Airfare for Self and Family if applicable (family is considered as Spouse and two children)
• Medical Insurance for Self and Family if applicable (to cover them in Bahrain)
• Other benefits such as Indemnity etc as per the current labour laws
Location: Bahrain
Client: One of the leading Multinational Financial Institution
Joining Period: 2-5 weeks from selection
So if you can give reference, we shall pay US$ 200/- per person recruited by us and who joins us within mutually agreed time. The money shall be released within 15 days from the person completing one month of service. So please send us as many reference as you have.
