| * Overseeing Design, Product Development & Sales teams to ensure that the right products are presented to the appropriate Customers, in the right cost, timing & delivery date.
* Setting volume & margin objectives for the whole company, and ensuring that they are met
* Overseeing the UK team in all aspects
* Develop strong relationships with key customers and suppliers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Provide market intelligence information / requirements to the sales team
* Ensure compliance with pricing and policy guidelines based on market intelligence and competitor positioning

| Skills: |
* Male or female; not more than 45 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce or equivalent. Engineering course an advantage
* Possesses excellent English communication, selling and negotiation skills, highly result-oriented, and knowledgeable in customer-relations building
* Extensive experience in a large garments manufacturing industry is a significant advantage
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City
* Should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status. |
