| • To perform Install, upgrade, migrate and system/client refresh of all components of the SAP landscape.
• Prepare documentation on daily operational procedure and tasks/projects.
• Administer users, authorization, printing issues and background job scheduling.
• Install Application Support Package and relevant OSS Notes.
• Monitor and maintain development, test and production systems and ensuring system uptime.
• Perform database reorganization, backup and recovery.
• Carry out system performance tuning.
• Monitor and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical skills in SAP Installations, Upgrades, System copies/client refreshes, SAP performance tuning, SAP Authorization setup, Multi-Language support, patch application, backup and restore.
• Strong administration skills in Oracle 817/9i/10g, MSSQL database, Unix and Windows; and experience in SAP Solution Manager
• Must have good presentation skills, customer handling skills.
• Must have good communication & documentation skills, including command over English Language.
The candidates with the following will be at an added advantage:
• SAP Basis/NetWeaver/Migration certified
