| Job Description:
To serve passengers a unique dining experience in the First Class cabin on the Airbus A340 and A330 aircraft.

Sky Chef Criteria:
Diploma in Hotel Service and/or Kitchen Academy Masters
3 to 5 years experience in 4 or 5 Stars Hotels or High Level Restaurant Kitchen
Relevant Customer Service Experience
The ability to interact directly with catering suppliers to ensure optimum product integrity
The ability to prepare, plate and present meals to our First Class guests.
The ability to conduct Quality Assurance audits
Aged between 25 and 35 years of age
Over 156cm (5’ 2”) tall with weight in proportion
Able to swim a minimum of 50m unaided
Never have been convicted of a serious criminal offence
Not suffering from any illness that would restrict you from your flying duties
Have no birth marks or tattoos that would be visible whilst in uniform
Females, Single (with no children)
College or University qualification
Fluent in written and spoken English
Willing to take a full medical which includes an HIV test and drug screening |
