Duration : 6 months contract Successful candidates will be seconded to Brunei Shell. Purpose of Job  To ensure that all activities carried out by the Contractor on Worksites are in compliance with the Champion South East Project requirements and comply with BSP's HSE Policies and Standards including Marine and Construction procedures and the EPIC contractual terms and conditions.  To ensure the effectiveness of the deliverables by the Contractor in terms of meeting the technical, quality, budget and schedule requirements.  The CSR will be assigned and based onboard a Dynamic Positioning 2 construction/diving vessel. Dimensions Annual Budget As per the EPIC Contract Subordinates None Principal accountabilities  Control and monitor offshore installation and pre-commissioning activities of the umbilicals by the Contractor in accordance with the agreed project execution plan.  Ensure that the Contractor carries out work in compliance with the HSE, technical specifications, quality and contractual requirements.  Ensure that all activities are carried out by the Contractor comply with the project procedures and contractual terms and conditions.  Ensure control and administrative systems are available and executed by the Contractor.  Ensure all HSE requirements are adhered to and implemented by the Contractor.  Ensure that the contractor has implemented the HSE management system in the day-to-day operations and report any deviations. Emphasis to be placed on emergency response regular exercises and audit follow up.  Ensure that the contractor is complying with the audit and inspection plan as specified in the Contract. Qualifications Required HND or equivalent in relevant Engineering disciplines with the required experience (see below) Preferred Degree or equivalent in relevant Engineering disciplines with the required experience (see below) Competence Required Experience Minimum 10 years experience in the field of offshore construction, engineering and supervising a multi-discipline team in the installation activities and marine operations. Training Fluent in both spoken and written English. Has the ability to fully comprehend Pipeline/Umbilical Alignment drawings, P & ID’s and isometrics.
