| Responsibilities:
- Assist in mergers and acquisition corporate activities.
- Carry out legal and regulatory compliance activities (particularly with listed company).
- Responsible for legal risk management.
- Management of Intellectual Property Portfolio.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum LLB (Hons) from a reputable law school.
- At least 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate legal environment.
- Good interpersonal skills; the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Self motivated with initiative and drive.
- Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Mandarin (reading, speaking and some writing) as the job incumbent is required to liaise with China officials and suppliers.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team. |
