Customer Service Agents will work for an international company in the Travel Industry and in a multicultural environment.

French or Spanish speaker, Customer Service Agents, Egypt
My client is looking for native Arabic speaker, speaking French or Spanish fluently, to join their Customer Services Team. As a French/spanish and Arabic speaking customer service agent you will :
• Advice foreign customer over the phone
• Airlines ticketing and hotel reservation
• In-bound sales
• On-line booking
Are you the right candidate for my client?
• Are you a native Arabic speaker?
• Do you speak French fluently? Or Do you speak Spanish fluently?
• Did you already work as a customer service representative?
• Do you have previous experience in the Travel Industry?
• Would you be ready to adapt yourself to Cairo, Egypt?
