I-Net External Support, Inc.


I-Net External Support (INES) is a new Company which has been formed to handle Customer Sevice/Call Center requirements for Forex World Pty Ltd. Forex World is the Australian division of the Forex Global Group of Companies which has been established for over 12 years. Forex is a service based company providing Cargo and Remittance services to Filipinos living in Australia and remains the leader in this industry. Due to the rapid growth, we have formed I.N.E.S. Inc to accommodate the ever growing demand. I.N.E.S. Inc and Forex World are both family owned businesses, with the common goal to provide the highest level of customer service available to the Filipinos living and working in Australia.

Travel Associate
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Provide World-class customer service through inbound calls.
* Handle customer inquiries.
* Data entry.
* Inform customers of products and services.
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
* Intermediate knowledge of Amadeus system is preferred.
* Computer literacy with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office.
* Excellent telephone manner and call handling skills.
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* Must be able to work well in a team environment.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service, automated travel booking, ticket issuance, hotel reservation, etc.
* Must be available between 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday (Manila Time) with flexibility (DST).
* Please note, work will be to an Australian Calendar and may required to work during local holidays.
* Full-Time positions available.
