Manager) • Process Manager from BPO Industry with IT background. Experience around 5 years + 7. System Administrator • Hands on experience in implementing and managing 1000+ workstations under Windows 2003 Active Directory. Complex group policy implementation, managing Terminal Server and clients, worked on Exchange. Automate the desktop management using industry accepted tools. • Standardizing the IT policies for the data security. • Worked on Blade Servers. Oracle Database Administrator • The candidate should have in-depth system administration knowledge on Oracle databases • He/She should have at least a basic degree with at least 3 years of database administration and the candidate should be a self-starter, and very comfortable working effectively in a fast paced environment. • This is a 24x7 production network and candidates must be willing to work evenings and weekends • Strong operational experience administering and tuning Oracle 10G in 24/7 production environments 32. DB2 Database Administrator • The candidate should have in-depth system administration knowledge on DB2 databases on ZOS environment • He/She should have at least a basic degree with at least 3 years of database administration and the candidate should be a self-starter, and very comfortable working effectively in a fast paced environment. • This is a 24x7 production network and candidates must be willing to work evenings and weekends • Strong operational experience administering and tuning DB2 version 8 in 24/7 production environments 33. CICS System Programmers • Install and maintain CICS and related system software and keep within CITIGROUP standards. • Evaluate new software, research ways and means of improving system performance, increasing reliability and facilitating monitoring. • Liaise with applications support groups to aid in problem diagnosis. • Liaise with third party suppliers to ensure co-ordination of support across service suppliers. • Support projects implementation, handle technical requests and perform problem diagnosis and resolution. • Act as consultant to applications development groups on technical matters pertaining to CICS application design and performance. • Monitor the performance of the CICS and instigate remedial action when necessary, adhering to the normal escalation procedures. • Participate in capacity planning and systems configurations. • Develop procedures and standards for operations personnel in conjunction with data processing operations and audit guidelines. • Produce clear technical documentation and conform to any audit requirement. 34. HOST Network Systems Programmer • Provide day to day BAU support to UAT, production and project. • Perform relevant technical support activities relating to the installation and maintenance of operating and system softwares: Main area - VTAM TCP/IP XCOM Connect Direct • Interface with outside vendors to co-ordinate software problem resolution and pro-active patching. • Perform system network performance monitoring and tuning; participate in capacity planning and systems configuration. • Provide technical support to both systems development and data center operations personnel. • In conjunction with data processing operations and audit guidelines, develop procedures and standards for operations personnel. • Assist in evaluating, recommending, acquiring, and installing new hardware or hardware upgrades. • Keep current on hardware and software developments. • Documentation of Continuity of Business (COB) environment setup and procedures. • In conjunction with data processing operations, develop procedures and standards for operations personnel. • In conjunction with COB co-coordinator, setup and verify the APPC MF System network environment in the contingency site in the event of a disaster 35. Customer Service Officer • At least 5 years of work experience in supporting Customer Service Center • Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering will be preferred • Good interpersonal and communicational skills both written and oral • Self-motivated team player with proactive service attitude • Ability to work with all levels of staff • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff • Independent, self-starter and with the ability to work within a team environment 36. Production Control Officer • At least three years working experience as a Production Controller in Data Center Operations. • Able to demonstrate a wide range of skills with a number of products across mainframe or mid-range systems. • Essential Technical Skills:TSO, JCL, TWS, CHANGEMAN, CICS, ConnectDirect, DFDSS, MVS, JES, VTAM, VSAM, DB2 and IBM utilities, MS Office, REXX, CLIST, TWS/FTA’s, UNIX, FDRABR, DFSMS. • Technically inclined with interest in operations in the area of job scheduling. • Have an eye for details, process oriented, and possess good interpersonal skills. • Independent, self-starter and with the ability to work within a team environment. • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff. 37. Output Report and Document Archival Analyst • At least 3 years experience working in a multi-platform processing environment, which includes hands on knowledge in 1 or 2 of the following platform environments: MVS, UNIX, and NT. • Technically inclined with interest in operations in the area of report management. • Ability to operate/understand different report management tools e.g. Ondemand, Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM), Control-D, Control-D/PC and Business Objects. • Background in UNIX Shell programming, Java, C, REXX, DBCS (Double Byte Character Set), and Unicode is an advantage. • Conversant in the usage of presentation and process tools eg Powerpoint and Visio. • Good communication and documentation skills preferably with strong background using Microsoft office tools eg Excel, Word, etc. • Have an eye for details, process oriented, and possess good interpersonal skills. • Independent, self-starter and with the ability to work within a team environment. • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff. 38.
