Our client is a leading world wide organization in contact centre management. Established in the seventies, they have excellent reputation globally on the market and became a leading partner for multinational organizations. Every year they have been receiving different awards and recognitions as an employee and also leader in their sector.
.At the moment they have a large recruitment drive in the Netherland and they are looking for number of
Sales Professional Agents for a Media Design Application.
The role:
Provide Media Design Applications customers with pre-sales information, advice on which products to purchase and process sales orders'.
Handle and process all transactions, voice (phone) and non-voice (web/email/fax/mail/web) to the required targets.
Must thrive in a call centre sales environment with emphasis on revenue generation, target achievement with self motivation
Necessary sales skills include qualifying the customer, presenting the appropriate product solution, overcoming objections and closing the sale.
The candidate
Fluent in English and one of the next languages Swedish, Dutch, French or German.
Excellent listening and compression skills.
Can multi task and record information accurately with good keyboard and basic PC skills.

Previous related experience in a sales role (6 months).
Location: Maastricht, The Netherland.
Salary: 25.000 35.000 + Relocation Package.
