Integrating Flash with server side technologies
Strong portfolio of Flash motion and design work
Developer must be very pro-active in providing solutions and ideas throughout the project.
Expert in Adobe ActionScript 2 & 3
Experience with OOP patterns as implemented in AS2/AS3
