| Job description: |
• 1-3 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Good sourcing, interpersonal, verbal, & written communication skills.
• Should be able to draft Excellent JDs based on client requirement and understand the profile of the resource that is required
• Should be thorough in screening, short listing, interacting and closing the IT requirements fast.
• Should be familiar with technical jargons.
• Hands on experience in working for various technologies like J2EE, .Net, C++, Data warehousing, Testing, System and Network Admin, Linux / Unix Admin, Windows Admin, Storage, ERP (SAP, Oracle Applications, Siebel and People Soft), and Database profiles.
• Should have done end to end recruitment and Generate Reports.
• Sourcing profiles from Job Portals, Internal Database, and References for Mid, Senior & Executive level. Also through headhunting.
• Good in Boolean & sub search on job portals
• Good in Social recruiting & proficient in e-recruiting & social recruiting websites
• Good in Filtering, Vetting Resumes and Posting Job Openings.
• Results oriented, innovative, motivated, highly organized
• Able to manage multitasks in office.
• Willingness to work hard and over time.
• Good Relationship Management and negotiation skill.
• Computer skills like Microsoft Outlook, MS office etc.
• Believe in can do and will do attitude.
• Must demonstrate the zeal and talent to use unconventional ways of recruitments.
