Knowledgeable of QC labs, Mix Designs and Superpave Mixes
Knowledgeable of Rap Systems.
Overseeing Drilling/Blasting
Knowledgeable of Load/Haul, Crushing, Screening and Crusher Rebuilts/Jaws/Cones/Impactor.
Strong troubleshooting and maintenance and electrical skills
Plant management & operations and efficiencies
Welding and fabrication
Microsoft office
Extensive operations, maintenance and plant relocation experience

Aggregate/HMA Plant Manager - great benefits (401K -profit sharing etc)Albany, NY
Our client is seeking a qualified Hands On Aggregate/HMA Plant Manager (Albany, NY Area). The Aggregate/HMA Plant Manager is tasked with directing and managing all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities. Having held positions as Plant Foreman, Superintendent and/or prior experience on plant upgrades and rebuilds would be helpful. Must possess ability to train and develop diversified field of employees with astute management skills. Ability to manage in a team atmosphere, including employee feedback and involvement. Knowledge and experience overseeing prior HMA plants helpful.

Description:
Assist in Production scheduling and implement daily production plans, goals and expectation
Conduct monthly housekeeping audits
Oversee the daily preventative program and coordinate maintenance projects
Purchase and maintain adequate inventories
Analyze scorecards and production reports
Code and approve all plant repair part invoice~
Maintain quality control program
Maintain proper documentation in support of PM program
Responsible for budgets, inventory, EPA compliance and safety
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Endure intermittent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking and standing for long periods of time
Install, repair and troubleshoot burners and heater systems
Schedule and manage repairs and rebuilds
Set up and tear down of portable plants
Oversees all daily production, quality control and maintenance to include welding, fabricating, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting
Training plant operators and maintenance personnel
Responsible for all calibrations
