Over 8 years combined managerial experience, with a focus on project management, research and analytical work, in international financial markets and consumer services, consulting and media communications
A graduate with a minimum of a 2.1 honours degree from a recognised University
Experience working across a wide range of industry sectors, including financial services and consumer markets
Understanding of, and ideally, practical experience in applying strategic business frameworks, principles and concepts to client and industry specific issues
Demonstrated interest and aptitude in entrepreneurial pursuits
Prior experience in creating proposals, workplans and RFQs
Proven communication and language skills, with fluency in English and French
Proven accountability for meeting deadlines within time, resource and financial constraints
Able to handle multiple tasks, manage priorities and individual workload with minimal guidance
Able to work independently to complete tasks, solve problems and quickly assimilate new information and concepts; exceptional attention to detail required

Provides additional administrative support to client projects as required, including scheduling interviews/meetings, producing copies, etc.

Summary:
Brand Finance (Hong Kong) Limited, is a subsidiary of Brand Finance plc, the world's leading international brand valuation consultancy. We are seeking a commercially experienced Executive Associate to provide support to our management team, collate and promote global analytical studies and lead client initiatives with a focus on sales and marketing to multinationals.
The position involves supporting the top executives (including the CEO) of the company to maximize operational efficiencies and ensure the smooth delivery of client and corporate initiatives. In addition to administrative responsibilities, the role requires an experienced individual, who is highly numerate, comfortable working in a fast paced environment on their own initiative, can originate and manage client relationships, has experience in working overseas (specifically Europe, Middle East, India and South East Asia) in financial markets and service industries and is fluent in French and English (an Asian language is also preferred).
Deliverables
Provide in-depth support on all client projects at Brand Finance; undertake research and analysis, formulate insights to support overall strategic recommendations and solutions.
Scope of Responsibilities
Undertake extensive project analysis, including market and client industry research and comparative audits; produce materials and reports based on findings to uncover insights and drive business growth for clients
Responsible for day-to day client relationship management.
Construction of client presentation materials and participation in client meetings
Responsible for creating proposals and workplans for business development opportunities.
Actively participate in corporate initiatives to drive business growth from within; tasks to include updating the company website, brand template development and construction of proprietary tools and frameworks
